A few months ago, we partnered with the Motion Graphics Advertising Class at Ex’Pressions College in Emeryville. The class took Soulciety on as a quarter-long project and groups of students created 3 different PSAs (Public Service Announcements/Commercials) that reflected who we are and what we do. This PSA is one of them. Students Christine Suguitan (who has joined Soulciety and is now part of our marketing team) as well as Justin Wright and Andy Weidess put together this creative 30-second PSA using typography and motion graphics. The PSA features Jon Bayani of Supreme Soul/Muthafunkers/Machine Gone Funk, Soulciety’s Anthem produced by Jupiter 7, and Soulciety’s own Greg Steward II with the voiceover.
